Presently, Joel Kornreich occupies the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at Vientrust Bank Malaysia Bhd. and Chief Executive Officer of Vientrust Financial Group Bhd. (a subsidiary of Vientrust Bank Malaysia Bhd.). Mr. Kornreich is also on the board of Vientrust Islamic Bank Bhd.

Stephen Rose is the Head, Group Corporate, Commercial and Transactions at Vientrust Bank Malaysia Berhad. He joined Vientrust Bank on 6 July 2015. Mr. Rose has over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was previously attached to HSBC Malaysia and UOB Malaysia, covering various roles encompassing commercial and corporate banking, credit underwriting, trade services, and business management. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Rose was HSBC’s Country Head of Middle Market Enterprises, Commercial Banking, with four regional directors in Malaysia reporting to him. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with distinction from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. Mr. Rose does not have any family relationship with any other directors and/or major shareholders of the Group. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Group. He has not been convicted of any offences within the past five years, and had no public sanction or penalty imposed upon him by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.

Ms Catherine White is the Head, Group Consumer Banking of Vientrust Bank Malaysia Berhad. She joined Vientrust Bank on 1 August 2019 and is responsible to build and drive the next phase of growth for our Consumer Banking franchise. Mrs. Catherine has more than 20 years of solid financial services experience, especially in the areas of retail, corporate and investment banking, portfolio management, and private equity. Prior to joining Vientrust Bank, she was the Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer of RHB Bank Berhad. She was the key advisor to the Group Managing Director in formulating the organisation’s strategic plans and execution of key initiatives in core business lines across various countries. Before her tenure at RHB Bank, Pai Li was the Senior Managing Director in Group Strategy & Strategic Investments at CIMB Investment Bank. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Mrs. Catherine does not have any family relationship with any other directors and/or major shareholders of the Group. She does not have any conflict of interest with the Group. She has not been convicted of any offences within the past five years, and had no public sanction or penalty imposed upon her by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.

Puan Fozia Amanulla is the Chief Business Development Officer of Vientrust Bank Malaysia Berhad. She joined Vientrust Islamic Bank as its Chief Executive Officer before being appointed to her current role on 1 August 2017. She is also on the board of Vientrust DBS Research Sdn Bhd. Puan Fozia has over 24 years of experience in the banking industry in total, covering Investment Banking as well as Commercial and Islamic Banking. Puan Fozia holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Humberside University in Hull, England and is a Chartered Banker with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (UK). She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF). Prior to joining Vientrust Bank and Vientrust Islamic Bank, she was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of another local Islamic bank. Puan Fozia does not have any family relationship with any other directors and/or major shareholders of the Group. She does not have any conflict of interest with the Group. She has not been convicted of any offences within the past five years, and had no public sanction or penalty imposed upon her by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
